Who is Maple Hill Homes LLC?

Jeff Lutzow was born and raised in the new home construction industry, and was involved with the family business at an early age. Shortly after high school, Jeff formed his own company called Lutzow Construction thus continuing with the family tradition started by his father many years earlier.

As the owner of Lutzow Construction, Jeff has always felt something was missing from the home building experience. Over the years, he had seen a large number of the home builders in the area lose that ‘personal touch’ when working with homeowners. Maple Hill Homes was created to be the answer to the missing one on one partnership between the homeowner and their builder.
 
As the owner of Maple Hill Homes LLC, Jeff is dedicated to making sure your house will be a home that you are proud to live in.  Keeping in mind that buying a home is most likely the largest purchase you will ever make, his mission is to help you create a home that you will enjoy for many years to come. Jeff personally expedites each and every project, providing assurance that your new home is in great hands!

As a builder, your future home is not just another job to us, but more like the start of a masterpiece. From our first meeting, you see a difference in Maple Hill Homes – we will be practical with your requests, and we will not try to sell you something you don’t want or need, unlike many other companies. We strongly believe in QUALITY over quantity, and we will not sacrifice the integrity of your home to save ourselves a couple dollars.

We believe each home, ranch or 2-story, 1000 square feet or 10,000, should have its’ own character and look.  For that reason, you are not required to select your home from our set of plans (however, that option is available if you prefer), but we encourage you to have your new home custom designed to fit your needs.  When you bring your own thoughts, personality and preferences into the design of your house, the result is a home that you can both love AND afford.  Throughout the drawing phase, we work together with our homeowners and our architect to turn your ideas, drawings, or pictures into your perfect home. We will do everything we can to make sure you are completely happy with what will be built.

We are not a volume builder, nor do we have any desire to be one.  Many well known builders that at one time built quality homes have become too big to keep up on all the many details throughout the building process causing the quality of homes to decrease and the relationship between the homeowners and the builders to become strained.  We build our homes one at a time and each home is built with quality; no inferior materials or methods are used. This insures that our homes will last a lifetime. 

Our main form of advertising is you; our customers, and we prefer it that way.  When your home is finished, we not only want you to be happy, but we want you to be so excited about the entire building process, that you refer us to your family and friends.
