Maple Hill Homes currently has its Sienna model in the Richfield area.  The address of the Sienna model is 907 Cheyenne Court, Hubertus, Wisconsin. It is located in the Dakotah Fields subdivision, a few miles north of the intersection of Hwy Q and Hwy 164.  From that intersection, head north on Hwy 164 to Elmwood Road.  Turn east on Elmwood and travel ½ mile to Cheyenne Court, which is the entrance road of the subdivision.  Our model is the first home on the left.

The Sienna model is Jeff’s original design built for the individual or family that is looking for an elegant, yet practical home.  When you walk in the front door, you are greeted with warm wood tones from the birch floors to the maple doors and trim.  The great room draws your eyes with its stone fireplace, double tray ceilings, and large picture window overlooking the backyard and open fields.  The dining room boasts arches and columns for classic style and an in-wall cabinet and sink for convenient entertaining.  The kitchen has chestnut colored maple cabinets with Corian countertops, a walk-in pantry, a breakfast bar and a dinette.  The Sienna has a total of 4 bedrooms, one of which can be used as a home office.  The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and a beautiful, but sensible master bathroom with 2 sinks, a large shower, a private toilet, and columns accenting the steps up to the whirlpool tub.  The home has a total of 2 ½ baths, a laundry room, 3 ½ car garage and a 9’ poured basement with plumbing installed for the option of finished living space in the basement.

The model is for sale, but is open by appointment only. The model serves as our offices as well as our personal residence in an effort to reduce overhead costs and pass the savings on to you, our customers.
In the summer of 2008, Maple Hill homes plans to build its newest model, the Ambient. We will be building our first “green” home. This model will be another ranch in design, but will not be your normal run of the mill home. We want to show our customers the evolutions available in environmental technology. This home will incorporate solar and geothermal technologies as well as a host of other products that will not only make your home more environmentally friendly but cut your utility bills by as much as 75%!!!
