At Maple Hill Homes, our specialty is working with you to design your custom home. When the time comes for you to decide on the style of your new home, we will set up a meeting with you and the owner – Jeff.  At the meeting, he will get some basic information from you that will help him get an idea of your home preferences.  Something as simple as asking you - How do you plan to use your house? - can be very helpful.  Some examples are:  Do you entertain?  Do you have children?  Do you plan to retire in this house, or is this a ‘starter’ home?  Do you like an open concept or more separation between the rooms?  All of these questions can drastically change a person’s preference in homes.  After your meeting with Jeff, he will put all of your ideas together and draw up a preliminary layout and elevation of your home.  Once the preliminary layout is done and you are pleased with the result, we will put you in direct contact with our architect.  He will put together the official blueprint and we will be able to price your home at that time.

If you would prefer to bring your own plan or choose from our set of plans, we will be happy to work with you on either.  If you choose a plan from our set, modifications can still be made on that home to fit your style or needs.
